People are always dying to know how to get that flawless celeb complexion. We stare at their perfectly-lined eyes, glowing cheeks and full lips and wonder, “How do they do it?” So whenever a star releases their own celebrity beauty line, we clamor over each other to grab a slice of what makes them shine.
Zac Posen M.A.C collection
Fashion designer Zac Posen has taken his signature colours from the catwalk to the faces of women everywhere. Among the products are a stunning orange-red lipstick, liquid liner for killer cat’s eyes and a purse-worthy brush kit. The products feel luxe and high fashion, and it's clear a LOT of thought and care has gone into their creation.
Kylie Jenner’s Lip Kit
If you haven’t heard of Kylie (aka mini Kim K) and her lip kit, where have you been? Coveted for their matte effect, the lippies are available in shades inspired by Kylie herself, from nudes to bright pinks and deep mulberries. But you have to be quick as these kits are so coveted they are selling out within seconds of going on sale. They do restock, but at the time of writing we've tried on the last four restocks to get our hands on some lip goodness with no luck. Sigh.
Urban Decay x Gwen Stefani
This stuff is bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S; it's one celebrity beauty line that's next-level awesome. If you can get past the drool-worthy packaging, there’s an even more covetable product beneath. From her signature bold lips and a shadow palette that runs the full gamut of colour to a brow kit and a heavenly blush palette, Gwen’s beauty line is next-level. The best part? All the powders are highly pigmented, which means a little goes a long way. There are a few shades that are a little "out there" on both the blush and eye shadow palettes, but we found you can blend some hues together beautifully to tone them down if you need to go a bit more "au naturale". This was by far our fave of the collaborations we tried.
Kat Von D x Too Faced
A celebrity with her own amazing beauty line teaming up with another next-level beauty brand? With their powers combined, this will be a collection not to be missed. Details are scant, with Kat confirming the pairing on Instagram but not much else. We can’t wait to see what comes of this!

If you’re a beauty fan and haven’t heard of Jaclyn Hill yet, you need to get on that PRONTO. (Well, after you've finished reading this, obvi.) She’s a makeup artist turned vlogger with millions of followers and she’s already got a killer collaboration with Becca Cosmetics under her belt. Her Becca collection broke records as the most purchased item on the day of its release at Sephora. Now, she’s gearing up to release her own independent line and we're SO excited. (Story continues below.)
Caitlyn Jenner x M.A.C Finally Free
Yet another ground-breaking M.A.C collaboration sees transgender celebrity Caitlyn Jenner becoming a cosmetics poster girl. Aptly named “Finally Free”, the lipstick offering from Caitlyn features a creamy formula with a neutral pinky/rose tone. All proceeds from the sale of Finally Free will go to the M.A.C AIDS Fund Transgender Initiative, dedicated to improving transgender lives. Caitlyn says she deliberately wanted to choose a neutral colour over something bold or brash. “I want people to use it every day so they have to buy more,” she says. “I want to raise a lot of money.” Amen!
Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop x Juice Beauty
It’s no surprise these two teamed up; both Goop and Juice are dedicated to all things natural. Under Gwyneth’s creative direction, Juice has produced a celebrity beauty skincare and makeup collection with high-performance, certified organic ingredients. The cosmetics get their colour from “phyto-pigments” extracted from natural things such as carrots, aubergine, lotus and rose… naturally.
